To ensure the security and speed of international transactions, we primarily accept payments via Telegraphic Transfer (TT) directly to our bank account in Japan. For specific bulk orders or high-value machinery, we may consider Letter of Credit (LC) arrangements upon prior negotiation. Please note that we do not accept credit card payments for vehicle purchases due to the high transaction limits required.

Shipping times vary significantly depending on your location and the shipping schedule of the lines we use. Generally, shipments to Asian ports take about 2 to 3 weeks, while shipments to Africa, the Caribbean, or South America may take between 4 to 8 weeks. Once your booking is confirmed, our logistics team will provide you with the vessel name and an estimated date of arrival so you can plan accordingly.

Yes, we prioritize quality transparency. Every vehicle and machine in our stock undergoes a basic mechanical inspection of the engine, transmission, and hydraulics before being listed. Additionally, if your country requires specific pre-shipment certifications such as JAAI, EAA, or QISJ, we can arrange these official inspections for you for a nominal fee before the ship departs Japan.

After the vessel departs from Japan, we compile a complete set of original documents required for you to clear customs at your destination. This package typically includes the Bill of Lading (BL), the Commercial Invoice, the official Japanese Export Certificate (Deregistration Paper), and an English translation of that certificate. We send these documents directly to your address via a secure courier service like DHL or FedEx to ensure they reach you safely before the ship arrives.

Our responsibility covers the export side of the transaction, which includes deregistering the vehicle in Japan, customs clearance at the Japanese port, and loading it onto the ship. However, you are responsible for handling the import customs clearance and paying any applicable duties or taxes once the vehicle reaches your country.
